Minikin Australia is a premium leather goods company representing a vertically integrated manufacturing group in Bangladesh. From our studio in Sydney, we work closely with global brands to conceive and refine design concepts; from our facilities in Dhaka, we bring those ideas to life with discipline and skill.
Our story is one of respect - for material, for people, for process. We work exclusively with LWG‑certified tanneries and skilled craftspeople who understand leather as a living material. Vertical integration gives us complete control, from raw hide to finished product, ensuring quality, consistency and accountability at every stage.

With in-house tannery access and vertically integrated operations, we manage materials, processes, and timelines with complete control. This structure allows us to support partners with consistent quality, strong capacity, and dependable delivery at scale.
